lololol, i don't own justin bieber. i just drew him for this obnoxious little program. (and it doesn't even look like him)
TO OPEN THE FILE:
download, lol
then, unzip the files wherever you want (i unzip to a folder on my desktop, but that's just me)
open the folder that says "shimeji_JUSTINBIEBER"
double-click on the little computer screen icon that says "shimeji"
IF YOU FOLLOW THESE STEPS CORRECTLY, YOUR VERY OWN TWEEN SENSATION SHALL COME FALLING FROM THE HEAVENS.
...jk, he'll just fall from the top of your screen and make a crash landing on the nearest window.
IF YOU RIGHT CLICK THE "JB" ICON IN YOUR TOOLBAR, SOME COMMANDS WILL POP UP. THEY ARE:
ADD ANOTHER
CALLS ALL SHIMEJI TO CURSOR AND THEY WILL SIT AND FOLLOW THE CURSOR'S DIRECTION
DELETE ALL BUT ONE
RETRIEVE IE WINDOWS (because they like to kick them away)
PLEASE ENJOY HIM AND DON'T ABUSE HIM.
